dart frog food

looking for different types of food i can feed my darts. i have the flies and also springtails and just started crickets. will ing to try other things what are you guys using and how to culture them?

If you check out the frognet archives, there is some talk about using milkweed bugs for frog food. I've never tried these, but the culturing sounds easy enough. I think I'm going to try to catch some around here next spring/summer to see if these are worthwhile.
