I've looked at lots of containers but I can't find anything taller than 6 3/8" that has any length and width. I think the biggest is 19 3/8 x 42" x 6 3/8. Just doesn't seem tall enough with a large water bowl.Any info would be greatly appriciated.

Then you can have your own customized made cage.
I have build my cage with "Marin" Plywood. I don't know the correct word in english, but you use it when you cast concrete, it's water resistant.
With a wooded frame on the outside and seal joints with silicon. It's very resistant to moisture.
My cage is 7.8x4x4 feet
What is everyone running for container size?THanks
Maybe I can lend some advice...

But all the containers I find are either to tall or too short.I have built my own cages of melanine, but I can see myself buying more snakes in the future and cleaning and maintaining seems to easy with the rack system.
I have a buddy that builds racks for some of his larger snakes using these tubs, which he finds at Home Depot. I don't know the exact dimensions, but I know he keeps bigger Argentine boas, Macklot's pythons, and I believe some smaller retics in them w/o any trouble. If you want I'd be happy to get the info on them for you.
Personally at that point I'd just break down & buy appropriately-sized Freedom Breeder cages, but that's just me.

I'll check out the home depot here in town and see what they have.Infact I'm going right now. Thanks for the idea. These tubs are the only thing holding me back, I've seen those large tubs and it looks like they cut out the front and put in plexiglass so you can see in.I was planning to to some home and feed place for ranchers, but this cement tub sounds like what I'm looking for.I'll let you know what I find. Later, Ethan
Always great to see caging plans & results from those who aren't woodworking-handicapped like some of us.

Hey Fillkiller,
I'll try and get you some pictures of my rack system some time soon. They're not hard to build and you can get the materials cut for you by a good lumber yard; even Home Depot I believe cuts lumber for you for a fee. I use two different sized Rack systems. You can Check out Greg Maxwell's site, for good information on building a rack system. You might not have all of the tools to build them like he does, but it is a good start for getting an idea on where to begin. I'll send you some plans of my own, and a link to Greg's site.

In the theater of my life, this pickle has no goal!!
That was a nice website with instructions.Might have to steal the idea of the groove for the heat tape. The only thing that sucks for me is I don't have a table saw at work anymore, I have to use a skill saw, but that will work, just will take longer setting up and keeping everything straight.
