cage question

chakup Nov 27, 2003 10:53 PM

ok my setup is a 2'x2'x13", i have a 120 watt bulb for basking. i have checked and it reaches ~115 @ highest point after 1 1/2 hours. there are 2 main hiding spots on hot/cool part of tank. some slate rock is in there forming the basking spot, i have thin boards making up hiding areas. anything missing/suggestions. set up will most likely be for a mali, as of yet have nothing here.

This sounds like an excellent setup for a hatchling Mali. It's too small and too cool for an adult, though. Is the 2x2 part the floor space? Or is the floor 2'x13"? A 2x2 floor could do a juvenile maybe.
