Can turtles get ich from pleco fish?

Any one know if turtles get ich from plecos?

As far as I know, no. They can`t. My fish got ich, and Lloyd was fine. I did, however, move Lloyd into a different tank while I treated the fish for the ich. All 10 fish survived, but as soon as I put Lloyd back in his tank, he ate two of them. That`s what I get for treating feeder fish...
