when i get a new animal. my new cuban (who doesnt have a name yet so if anyone has any suggestions...) isnt very active. he kinda just stays in one place in the room and doesnt move around much. he isnt eating yet (which doesnt concern me too much yet) but he also isnt basking. i have tried to show him where the basking spots are but he isnt interested. i dont want to try to pick him up cause i dont want too freak him out more than he already is. he is pretty calm this morning though and let me pet him. i know he hasnt basked yet but he really isnt that cold cause i keep the temp in the mid 70s in there. well any suggestions would be great. thanks and sorry this is so long.
