You definitely have a large enough setup for uros. As long as you can get them hot enough, they should be fine. They are different from leos, but as long as you read on up care sheets they are really not difficult to care for. They do require a vegetarian diet though, with insects offered only as a very occasional treat. As far as which species is right for you, that's a tough call. As far as personalities go, I've found that most uros behave pretty similarly, and that the choice really comes down to what you want yours to look like.
