Do you feed live or frozen? Sometimes they can come from the rodents you feed if you feed live. Another way is they come home with you from reptile shows. They hitch a ride on you and then you end up with mites. Do you have any type of wooden cages, hides, etc? They can sometimes live through mite treatments in there. There are hundreds of ways to get them little pests. Vacuum everything around after to treat for mites and throw the bag away and take it outside right away. Treat for mites, and if you have any wood hides, bake em or bleach em or throw them away. With the weather getting colder you can also set them outside for a few days to freeze anything (it was 18 here last night). I'm sure I am missing something but I hope this helps.
