Ambon Yellowhead Info Needed!

alienwrkshop Nov 28, 2003 04:25 PM

I'm looking to purchase an Ambon Yellowhead, but need more info on these guys. I keep hearing that Yellowhead don't get as big as the normals (excluding Sulawesi Yellowheads). Is this true? I always thought that Ambons were a large locality retic.

Thanks,

Jan

Also: Does anyone have an pics of Ambons they can share?

THANKS FOR INFO AND REPLIES.

NERD has some amazing ones. ANd yes, they only average out 16-18ft despite heavy feeding methods...

Here's one of my adult Ambons. This picture was taken about 2 years ago. She's now 16-17'. In my experience Ambons are a medium-large locale.
Thanks,
Phil
