Which is the best thermostat for around $100

rudedogsurfrat Nov 29, 2003 01:23 AM

I just started a rack system and now I need a thermostat. What does everyone use and which is the best? My budget is around $100 and I'm sure that would buy a decent unit.

its a better type of thermostat which only supplies electricity in pulses to increase the life of the heating element. like, it will have a constant charge to the element until it reaches the desired temp. then it will shut off the constant charge and shoot short pulses of power into the element to maintain that desired temp. i think it has a - 2degree range.

sorry since you cant add pluses in here...It will stay around the desired temp within a 2 degree range i think. search this forum for BAH Porpotional becuase someone posted a good topic on how it works.
