well, i just couldn't take all these rumors that albey isn't working with snows anymore. so- i wrote him an email asking if he is, and mentioning that some people have speculated that he might not be. i was really nice- let's hope he writes back! *crosses fingers*

I'm sure he'll get back to you, but if not, try calling him. He's a great guy, even better to talk to than email with.

Something I don't think many people understand is that most people who deal in this business aren't 24/7 reptile breeders. They have other jobs that take time away from emailing everyone back sometimes. Luckily there are many more websites nowadays, but a few years back I was getting 20-30 emails a day with simple questions on care and breeding and I could easily spend a few hours replying to them all. The other websites and this forum have really taken that load off of me, but I'm sure Albey gets a lot more than I do because of the amount of high quality geckos he breeds along with how well his name is known.

I'd much rather he (or any other breeder) spend their spare time taking care of the animals than replying to each and every email right away.

Thanks for writing that. Sometimes it takes me a day to reply to emails even though I know it is a better thing to reply within hours at least.

your point is well made. however, i wasn't asking about basic care or breeding. also, i have a slight phobia of talking on the phone to people i don't know well. you should see me struggle when i try and order a pizza!
