Hey JS, IF I was single, no kids and flew to Texas as much as you do, I WOULD own alotta land in West Texas, LOL, JF
Now this is just a speculation on my part but, I think that he is selling those mice he breeds to a fast burger food chain. You know> organic, farm raised, commercial grade mouse MEAT ! LOL !..
