Crestie nightime lighting that doesnt bother them

Hey guys,

I was wondering, I bought a blue bulb which is not infrared, so I could see my crestie at night. I know it was said somewhere that infrared blue and red bulbs where invisible to them, so although mine wasnt infrared his pupils did get smaller when I turn it on, meaning its not invisible to him.

My question is, do any of you guys use infrared nightime lighting, is it invisible to the gecko?? Do their pupils get smaller??
