How long should it take an adult male Jax to shed?

OttoNLucy Nov 29, 2003 10:53 PM

Seems like mine has been at it for a week or two.

Well..i don't know the exact answer to that, but from my experience, Jacksons take longer to shed compared to panthers. Panthers normaly take a few hours, and jacksons can take a few days. Your case sounds normal, but just to be safe, i'd mist him a lot more than usual.

My jacksons take anywhere from 3 days to a week to finish shedding.
