Cypress Mulch Question?

Does anyone use Cypree Mulch for bedding?

I use cypress mulch in my display cages only. The only problem is you have to espesially mindful of mites. For my racks I use white papertowels, but have only recently started experimenting with non aromatic, aspen bedding in the hopes that it will hold the humidity level better.

The cypress mulch is good for asthetic reasons and as long as you have a seperate feed box (I use the light blue rubbermade boxes, it seems to work fine) you should be okay.

Also, as a preventive measure, I have started using prevent-a-mite monthly as a precaution.

i use cypress mulch in all of mine and have no problems it also helps with the humidity factor
