Humidity----PLEASE HELP ME OUT!!!

hey i was wondering if there are any tricks or anything i can find around the house that will help me raise the humidity in the cage...i spray it down whenever icould but cant keep at at 60...i dont really wanna buy a fogger or waterfall or whatever, so if there are any ideas or if you have a good way to raise/keep the humidity up at around 60 please let me know...

Tell us all about the cage and the temps and humidity in the room where it is set up..

Tell us the conditions.. and if the cage has wire screening anywhere.. cover most of that... monitor temps and humidity from there... I use a 55 gallon breeder tank for my male BCI (though he's getting a bigger enclosure soon) and have to cover 3/4 of the screen lid to preserve humidity... but it also lowers wattage needs for heat.

ok i have a screen top right now in my room where it has been relatively cold but the hot side temp. is 88-90....

Cover part of your screen would be the first thing to do. If that does not get it as high as you like try a bigger surface area water bowl and put it towards the warmer end of the cage. Between those two you should have it where you want it. Craig Kade
