Pacific tree frog with infected eye...Help

I rescued a pacific tree frog from a construction site about 5 years ago. He lives in a 5 gallon with plants and a water dish and eats crickets. He's been fine till this morning when I noticed his right eye was white and a little swollen. What I can do to help him?
