I found a baby slug in my leucs home and was wondering if they will cause a problem. i have only found one, but figure if there is one then their has to be more. The one i found was small enough to be eaten by my leucs could they cause a problem if ingested?

Thanks,
Seth

I had a couple in my leuc tank when I first added them, and they thought they were candy.

That's interesting. Although I have not had slug problems in a dart tank, I do have slugs that show up in my mantella, M. stelzneri, and P. grandis tanks. I have never seen the frogs eat the slugs. It is possible they have and I just have not seen it. If that is the case, they need to do a better job!

I know the day gecko does not eat them.

Hi,

Some people do have problems with slugs eating eggs also they can eat your prized plants.
