I have no idea what that is, have you been putting any bugs in there, maybe? The color just looks so, well, neon. Is that just the pic?

Anyway, I have to tell you, though, that a 16-gallon tank is way too small for three anoles. That's already pushing it for two anoles. Also, you should never keep Brown anoles and Green anoles together in a small enclosure. Green anoles are easily stressed and Brown anoles are very territorial and aggressive. Brown anoles are more active, and that constant activity might spook the Greens.

The only bug that got in there was a house fly once, and the female green anole ate it but that was like a month ago. as to the brown and green anole interaction they seem to get along just fine, the brown anole is very active, and now i am seeing signs of stress among the male green anole, the only reason i have them in the 16 gallon tank is because i had to give my other 30 gallon tank to my fiances brother for his anoles, but then he never uses it! he bought a new bigger one.... anyways I'm working on getting a bigger tank, but do you think that my male anole is always brown because of the interaction with the female brown anole? if I remove it do you think the green anoles will be better off?

Also I wasn't sure if it was a possible egg with something around it, so I put it in some soil, the colour is different now its less yellow and more white ill post a link to the pic...

I emailed a vet and he said it could be urate from toxins in the body.... but he's not to sure anymore after i sent him the new pics.... your help is appreciative..

thanks

Hey, I really can't tell what's stressing your anole or what that is in the tank. Just take out whatever it is in your tank and take a closer look at it. When you are able to move the Greens into the 30-gallon, make sure you're providing enough UVB to each tank and that all conditions are appropriate, and that you're gutloading crix well, and everything should be okay. If the anole still seems stressed, you should just take it to the vet and get a fecal.
