Does anyone have a phone number for Turtlestuff.com? I need to check on an order that I placed about a month ago. I know that the shipping was delayed due to the fires but orders were supposed to be out by 11/12. I sent them a few emails but they are not answering them. Anyone know their status? Thanks.

www.turtlestuff.com has a lot of cool stuff and information, but they kinda stink at keeping people informed about what's going on with orders. If you haven't already checked it out, www.turtlecafe.com has wonderful customer service and similar products. Kim is super reliable, and if there is a delay she makes sure you know what's going on. Try it next time you need something.
