If you have your photos in a file on your computer you go to upload photo in the galleries and click browse. When you click browse you will see a list of all your files. Open the file with your pics and double click the pic you want or right click and press submit. It should load the file name into the proper space and then click submit photo or upload what ever it says and your pic should go on there. There is also a Q&A forum on here that will tell you how to do it as well.
