An week old chicken peeps, hissing roaches (lately sometimes). The rats are 10-14ounces, the chickens are 5-9 ounces. I feed when she is hungry as they reach large sizes they need to eat alot less. The first year is the expensive year as they eat and eat and eat like a mammal or bird. I can remeber at 6 months old she was over 3ft and eating 6-9 adult mice at a time. How much they eat is in direct relation to their temps offered and whether or not they can make use of alot of food.
Just kidding, thought I was FR responding to me
Maybe my night temps are a little high (75-80),but Sweetpea eats 2-3 small rats/3 days a week and is ravenous to the point where I can't even clean the cage without food. Thanks for being real, instead of judging (as so called experts do).You must have the biggest female there is,contact Guiness world records
Good luck with all your reptiles!
Ill post a birthday pic yet tonight. She slept all day with no outdoor exercise.
