Children Pythons stay under four feet. as far as boas go Rainbow boas stay small, around five feet, and the rosy boas are much smaller than that. Rainbow boas are incredibly beautiful and have great irredesence but do have a slightly more difficult habitat requirements. They damand a very high humidity. Those are the ones that I can think of off the top of my head, Todd

The Antaresia family are the smallest pythons - Anthill/ Dwarf or Perth (A.perthensis) are the smallest but they are the most expensive. Childrens (A.childreni) are just a bit larger , normally under between 3 - 4ft as adults and are quite common and much cheaper (check out the classifieds). Spotted Pythons (A.maculosa) are an alternative, they grow to between 3.5 - 4ft, but IMO, they are normally more inclined to bite as they see everything as food ... (maybe its just the ones I've worked with ..).
