I am sure that you have not heard back from anyone so far because your question demonstrates your lack of a very basic knowledge of genetics.
For a snake or any other animal to be albino (a recessive trait) both of its parents must have been carrying the gene for this trait and the animal must get a copy of the gene from each parent. Only animals that have a pair of albino genes will be albino. Again, to get albino offspring, both parents must carry the albino trait. If both parents carry the trait, but they are not albino themselves, about ¼ of their offspring will be albino. If one parent is albino and the other carries the trait, about ½ of the offspring will be albino. Finally, if only one of the parents carries the trait, then none of the offspring will come out albino.
You need a pair of animals that at least carry the albino trait to have a chance of getting albino offspring. You really need to read up on basic genetics.
