I haven't feed my newts or frogs black worms in over 4 months but today I looked in their tank to see about a hundred little worms sticking straight up out of the rocks. How do I get rid of them without having to take the whole tank down? My newt and tadpole are having a ball eating them, but I am almost sure this will most likely happen again if they miss a few. Is it unhealthy to keep them in there? Can they produce all that much waste and ammonia? Can they become parasitic? Thanks for your help. I'll be posting this in a few other forums.
