Both species are pretty quick to reach sexual maturity. The quickest? I don't know. However, I have had male vents reach maturity in as little as three months and females in about 6-8months of age. It can take longer though. I no longer breed tricolors (male died) but remember them being quick too. I had a male mature in about 3 months also. Hope this helps.
