Help boa has developed bump on top of snout

My friends boa has developed a bumb just past the nostrils on the top of its head. Its about 30 inches in a 30x20x12 tank with mesh top. Is this from nose rub? It is fairly active at night. It seems to have no ill effects. Has anyone else seen this develop? Getting ready for new enclosure soon. Will see a vet soon just in case, just seein if anyone knows what this is (potentially).

It very likely could be a nose rub from the mesh. NA
