How do I post an image?

I want to post my first picture. I have it on my desktop but was unable to figure how to post it with a quick comment/question. If you could spare some quick info to this rookie, I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks much.

You can format your posts and signature using BBCode. Here are some common examples:

You type	Result
