Has anyone noticed their beardies shedding less as they become adults? My beardie is 2 1/2. As a juvie I think he was constantly shedding. Now, I don't really even notice him shedding for the most part - I just occassionally find pieces of skin in his cage. (did notice last night that his "hand" shed).
Basically, do they stop shedding once they've reached full size? Also, at what age are they considered full-grown/mature?

Reptiles shed as they grow. When they are small they will shed more because they are growing out of their "old Skin". As they get older they won't shed as much because they are not growing as much. I'm not sure when they will actually stop shedding or if they do (I don't believe they do it just becomes much less frequent) A dragon is pretty much mature at 18-24 months of age.
