Girlfriend: Your room smells like reptiles!
Me: Are you saying that my Balls smell?
yup they told me that they deworm already and treat for parasite. do you think wc balls can be breed? i know he breeds lots of balls already but he told me that he havent breed these wc balls yet. hope to hear your suggestion thanks...
i'm not the one to be asking that Q
i don't know much about breeding yet
i plan on trying next season so i've read up on it alot but i don't have any experience at it. i haven't even read up on wild caught BP's and breeding so i can't give you an educated awnser
my guess would be yes they can breed because its just instinct for them.
maybe someone else can awnser ya
i'm interested in knowing now too!

seller of WC balls as well. I don't know specifically about BP's but I know promotion of removing some pets from the wild is considered unethical by some. Especially if numbers in the wild are deminishing. But, hey, like I said I don't know about BP's and they could be overpopulated as it is. Just something to consider.

After 15 years in working closely with P. regius, and dealing with all types of "animal history" it's my opinion that long term captive animals (or LTC) tend to do very well in captivity. In most cases they've already acclimated and should be pretty much problem free...IE: feeding well, parasite free, good overall condition and health, BUT keep in mind there are many things you can look for that may help you decider if this animal is indeed a LTC or a fresh import. Let me know if I can help you in that area, I'll do my best.
As far as breeding goes...of course they do, BUT there are no guarantees...lol...and that may also pertain to captive born specimens as well.
I would only recommended (for lack of a better word) fresh imports to experienced keepers. As far as LTC described in the above manner...most people should do well with them as a whole. Bottom line - do all of your homework, be patient, and ask questions...lol...there's alot of experienced keeper's willing to share their knowledge with newcomers to the hobby...we were ALL there once in our lives!!!! Good luck!!
