Exportation out of Bolivia to the United States. Q's?

Hello,

Does anyone on here happen to know definatively, what the story is with Bolivia?

Does it not export? Does it no Export Wc, and only CB? I know that it's not due to the risks of the land, (ie. Cocaine field croppers etc..) There are suitable places to collect etc... To obtain breeding stock.

I am just wondering how hard it would be to set something up like what Duncan Macrae has in Indonesian, in Bolivia breeding the natural Herpafauna in it's natural range then exporting the babies? Using the profits to buy more land to dedicate to conservation. My family owns a few ranches down there, and it wouldn't be hard to get connected down there. I just want to know the legal side.
