YIKES!!!!! She/he is about 6 weeks old now. I try not to handler her to much so I don't stress her out but do pick her up occassionly to hold her/bath her. She has been hiding quite a bit in the last two days. I reached in to pick her up (putting my hand in and leaving it there for a bit before I made any move to pick her up) and when I picked her up, she bit me...not once....not twice...but 3 times!!! Of course it didn't hurt my finger but WOW did it hurt my feelings!!!

Well, they can't talk, so they communitcate with their mouths in other ways. It wasn't anything personal. My dragon tries to bite me every single time I handle him, and he's still my buddy. (Mine's a bit of a horror story, odds are yours won't be that bad)

you should try handling it more. you probably would put more stress on it by not handling for a period and then all of a sudden picking it up.
mines been out of its tank at least 2 times a day since it was settled into its home
