Sounds like a Prolapse.
A Prolapse is caused by a number of things... Severe bacterial infections, malnutrition (especially not getting enough calcium), parasites, neoplasia, gastrointestinal foreign bodies, and poisons such as insecticides can cause a frog to prolapse internal organs.
It's best to get your frog into the et ASAP.

This is a serious medical problem, that requires emergency care. Get your frog to a vent ASAP. A prolapse is usually rooted in captive care, make sure you evaluate your set up and your husbandry or else it will happen again.
I have linked to a very good article below, you'll have to enter in some information to get to the, but it is worth it.

That sounds like what he had. I say had because when I woke up yesterday morning it was gone. It looked more like his bladder than his intestines. What should I do? We don't have any herp vets anywhere near here, and I don't know when I can get him to a regular vet. Thanks for all the info.

Hi,
I was rereading the replies to my post, and I noticed something about exposure to insecticides causing a prolapse. A few weeks ago my dad sprayed bug spray near the terrarium and the leo had a bad reaction to it, but my dad rinsed him off and he seem fine. the only thing was his (the leo's) eye looks cloudy and he can't seem to see through it. Could that have caused the prolapse?
