I took some pics of me and my girlfriend's D. azureus today...I always have trouble photographing them, but a couple of the pics turned out okay.

Looking a little thin, I would try to give them some termites, waxworms, or flour beetle larvae to fatten them up a little.

Yes they are a little thin...I wasn't feeding them enough due to a misunderstanding I had, when we first got them, about how often to feed them. That is why they are in separate tanks now.

The female looked much worse than the male so we separated them to make sure she could eat as much as she wanted and fed them nothing but crickets for a week.

Now they’re only getting fruit flies - Hydei sturdivant, but I feed them twice a day, as many as they will eat. In the last two weeks, they have doubled in girth...they were very thin, especially the female...I'd say she's almost tripled in girth, so I know they are growing healthier.

I dust the flies with Rep-Cal every day and with Herptivite once a week. I'd like to start feeding them wax worms, but I don't have the time to raise them myself right now. Is there somewhere I can order tiny wax worms?
