I've had a cresty for a while now, she's about 7 1/2 weeks old. They are supposed to shed quite a bit when they are young like this arent they? I'm just curios, because I have never seen her skin look the kind of pale it looks when they shed....maybe I've just never caught her in the act. That could be too right, because it doesnt take them that long? Also, how big should she be? Does it matter? I'd say shes about 6 inches, whats the normal size for a year old?
any help would be awesome

when they are young, they do shed more than when they're adults because of their growing process. if you haven't seen her shed, she probably has already and you just missed it while you were sleeping 
hopefully you get to see it sometime, it's fun watching my animals shed! if she magically looks brighter and better colored, it's probably the shedding~
not sure how big they should be as babies though, sorry!

I've had my crested for 6 months now and I still have not seen him shed his skin. He is very active at night when I go to bed so I figure that is when he takes care of it. I have seen my 2 viper geckos shed there skin many times since I got them 2 months ago.
