for those of you who read my other posts you know that me ig had some trouble climbing up his ramp but i got home from school and i decided that i needed to find a way to make is so his log could be up so he could have something to bask on. so i found an old ten gallon tank and i turned it upside down and rested the log on it so he had a very gradual incline. i set up his heat lights and reptisun and put him in the cage then i went down stairs and when i came back up he was trying to climb the log! he was a little shaky at first but now he can climb it alright. i have not seen him try and go down yet but i dont think he will have a problem. he is going to go to the vet sometime next week not sure when yet but i am going to call on friday and make an appointment(he is going to have a fecal because he is kind of lethargic and doesnt seem to have a big appetite but i have only had him since saturday and he will probably also have a xray just to check on his bones to make sure he does not have any MBD. then in a few months i may bring him back to have some blood work done but i am going to just schedual a regular visit and then ask the vet what he thinks i should do and if he thinks that i should have other stuff done then i will have it done.
