Sad news to report. My RE has died. I don't know what happened. This morning it was very weak, when I got home from work she was dead, feet still stuck to the glass. I named her Jules. I am curious as to whether anyone has ever seen a slimey substance on a RE before. Mine was "sliming" badly. I think I need a new vet because he told me it was shedding, and that my frog would be fine. Now it's dead. Someone please help me figure out what happened. I don't ever want this to happen again.

That does sound like it's shedding. It could be something else, but I don't think it's reason for a new vet.
