house gecko update....

Velox_415 Dec 03, 2003 09:29 PM

...for those interested ^_^

Please forgive any types and l33t spelling as I'm in a bit of a hurry.

Thanks to the people who replyed and prayed. The store policy was that you could return the animal within 15 days, and if any vet treatment was needed you could bring it there. The people are so nice there I'm sure the injury was an accident. There's wasnt much they could do for the house gecko tho. They offered to take it back, and give me my money back or exchange andand put the crippled one up for addoption, or give me the cripple and another house gecko, so now I have 2 romping around the ten gal, with lots of branches and live plants.

One of then I shall name Geico... I'm not sure which 8p Theyre both fem I think... I know the cripp 1 is not sure about the 2nd, havent had a good look. When I get a chance have film devloped, I'll post a pic.

Thx again!

so happy to hear you didn't give up on the little one! did it receive a veterinary exam? you never know, it might eventually heal. i'm glad she'll have a home and get special attention.

house geckos are so cute! that's a species on my list for future pets (once i get a bigger place to house everyone!).
