san deigo gopher snakes

what would the proper care for these snakes be and if I give one of these a exersize place would I be I be able to keep him in a ten gallon and could you guys tell if there is any out right now and how I would find them in riverside county about 5 miles from perris california if anybody knows where that is please

If you're talking about keeping an adult in a 10 gallon that's out of the question. A 5 foot adult needs a 40 gallon or larger tank. If you are talking a 12" hatchling it's fine. There are many breeders out there if you are looking for a nice healthy pet, heck if my pair is successful this year I'll be glad to give you one for free.
