Are meal worms as regular mix in a frillies diet OK??

phib Dec 03, 2003 11:03 PM

I feed him a mix of greens, crickets, and mealworms. More greens than the other two. What are the positives and negatives of mealworms?

Mealworms are hard to digest... I'd stick to mostly crickets (occasional mealworms/superworms are ok). Most don't eat greens, but they won't hurt and are a good source of water.
