Lost snake!!

twbillings Dec 04, 2003 12:10 AM

I have a major problem. My corn snake seems to have escaped his cage. My sister cranked up the heat in my room (because she hates snakes) to try and kill the snake while I was at work. (she is at home for the holidays from college and staying in my house till she goes back) so the snake (Poe) being the smart little guy he is got out of his cage and escaped certain death. Which is good, but now I need to find him. Is there anyway to locate him? Any tricks? Oh, and I have 2 cats which will remain locked up till he is located. He is a baby corn still eating half pinkies. Any help would be lovely.

Tell your sister that you found the snake in HER room....like in her underwear drawer or something, and that she shouldn't mess with it again or it might end up in her bed next time...

If it escaped once then it will do it again. You better go over your setup with a fine tooth comb to find out how it got out....Paul.

I would deffinitely lock the door to your room to keep your sister out. Should also point out that just because she doesn't like something doesn't give her the right to try and kill it. Could also point out that cruelity to animals, even snakes, is against the law.

Girlfriend: Your room smells like reptiles!
Me: Are you saying that my Balls smell?

You stated that it was your house. That means YOUR rules, if she doesnt like what you have in your own house then she can stay elsewhere. Simple as that.
