What type of feeders are they getting?? I had some of my runny when they were on pinks and sometimes on the weaned. I forget if its the weaned or the fuzzyies - someone was saying that they retined liquid?? or Milk inside the body... whatever it is none of my snakes that are off of weans have runny stools

Loose stool could be internal parasite(s), or could be environmental stress. Snakes can dehydrate quickly from too much liquid in stool. I'd take a fresh stool sample to the Vet.
