I thought you weren't allowed to sell live animals on ebay? And it doesn't look very healthy anyways. I was going to report it to the ebay staff but couldn't figure out how. Heres the link:

interesting. I looked up the rules, out of curiosity. you can not sell live snakes. you can sell live fish and snails (who would bother?!), and live lobsters, as long as they are for human consumption. there were other items, but snakes are not allowed.

I filed a report, so they can look into it, and got a response that my report was sent, even though this item had already been reported.

like they could not list the snake on ks????

will yank it as soon as he/she sees it. I had the same thing happen to me with a black powder rifle I was selling. The auction lasted 2 days, and WHAMO, it was gone!

They changed the listing. It did say Ball Pthon for sale and it had a different picture, title and desription.

$100 US is pretty expensive for a that cage, even with accessories. From the dimensions, sounds like a 35 gal tank. I can get one brand new with stand and accessories for that much...especially when you consider shipping...

Uhm guys...that looks to me like they're just selling the snake CAGE. I see no mention of a snake in there...hope you didn't file a report for nothing..

This morning, it was a BP. Not the tank. It even described the BP. I saw it. They then revised it. If you visit the auction, you can see it says it was revised today.

Frankly, it doesn't matter to me but I wanted to come to the defence of the original post. It was a BP.
