My male GTP (about 3 years old) has a small (~1cm), slightly curved tan "thing" protruding from his cloaca. I noticed it yesterday and he had a fecal movement last night. However, it is still there today. He is as active as usual and was up and about exploring last night like usual. Is this something normal or something that has prolapsed? If it is a prolapse I can't figure out what organ it would be. It does not look like a hemipene, nor does it resemble in any way intestines. Does anyone have any idea what it is and what the problem is? Should I get a fecal done at the vet? Might that help determine the problem? Thank you in advance,
Robin
