Mulberry Farms DoA

Does anyone know what Mulberry Farms DoA (Dead on Arrival) policy is? I was right there when they came to sign for them, immediately opened up, and they were dead, all 250. (Came in four different tubs) I tried heating them with a heat lamp, but they're gone. It'd SUCK to find out that I wasted $43.42.

They are good guys over there and no, they're not paying me to say that. It's only my experience.

Just send them an email or give them a call. The few times I've less than expected quality of their insects, they have replaced them for me, no problem.
