be careful with just going for the best price. i did that and went with prehistoric pets and got a sexed trio and they all had pinworms only one is 100% still and i got them over the summer the others got ok from the pin worms and then when i was gone the past week because of a death in the family all but one lost tons of weight and are sick again. so my cheap gex cost me a lot more just not all at once.

haven't gotten a fecal yet but i think it's bad really watery poo at least a 1 to 1 1/2 inch pool it's bad. sorry kinda venting that they are unhealth. hopefully the vet can help.

I got my blizzard female from Steve at geckos etc. She was a bit pricier than some, but she was in tip top shape and I'd gotten great leos from him in the past. VMS has lots of blizzards and pats (patternless) available and I've heard nothing but good things about them. I think that golden gate geckos might also have some pats.

I've heard horror stories about prehistoric pets in addition to the ones posted as well as bad things about LLL.

As a rule I'd recommend going with a private breeder. Their reputation rests on the quality of their animals. They also seem to do it for the love of the animals rather than the bottom line. Cheap leos can often end up costing you a fortune in the long run. I also figure you're also pretty safe buying from anyone who posts here, if they sold sick geckos they wouldn't dare show their face

I got a cheap albino a few years ago who ended up spreading an infection to 18 of my leos. I spent a fortune in vet bills and still ended up losing all but 3.
