would this cage be alright for a diamond python

Those sliding door cages look nice. Except I can�t tell what that group of 3 objects in the right side ceiling of each cage is. Are they the (exposed) heat source? If true, that wouldn�t be good. And is the heat control dial inside the cage? That�s really peculiar (and dangerous). And the exposed light bulb? That should have a guard around it. But other than that....Oh well. Maybe you could request some modifications.
