Okay, since this Jungle boa debate is still up and running...I think I'll chime in here with a few questions. From what I've read, my "abberrant" boa shares many of the same defining characteristics with the jungles save for the fact he can't be traced back to Kahl's original line... Or any line for that matter since he was a trade with no background information. Some of his patterning is quite a bit the same as you can see in the pics I'll be showing. His tail lacks striping but his saddles show the sharp definition and circular scattering of background coloration.....What I want to know are.. what are the crucial differences in pattern between this "abberrant" boa and a certified Jungle.

This is just for the sake of knowledge.. I'm not looking to call my snake anything he is or isn't. He's a beautiful animal no matter what he is.
