ok, i have what i believe is a female leo shes pretty small only about a max of 3 inches, (she dropped her tail awhile back so yea its still growing back) but yea, i got that other full grown 9.5 inch male leo, i just wanted to know at what size would it be ok to remove the divider on their tank?

Remove the divider when your female is breeding size. She should weigh a minimum of 35 grams (most breeders prefer to wait until 45 ). If you don't have a scale, she should be about 7", probably a little shorter in your case since she will have a regrow.
