Who breeds "snows"?

Not sure if that is what the general name for them is. I have seen pictures of leopards that had a normal pattern, but the entire background color was white, and had black dots. Were these altered pictures or do these exist? Are they super expensive as I don't see anything on the classifieds that look like what I have described. Does anyone know if these exist, how much they cost (roughly) and who might sell them?

The only place I've seen that currently lists any for sale is A1 Reptiles. The link to the page is www.a1reptiles.com/lizards.html and they list them for $150.
