Terrapane Ornata Ornata

outbackx Feb 08, 2003 10:14 PM

I would like to acquire a c.b. hatchling ornate box turtle, but can't find anyone who carries them. There are plenty of great sites out there on their husbandry and care, but no sites advertising them. Does anyone know where I could get one, or anyone who might be able to lead me in the right direction.

Thanks
CG

Keep an eye on the classifieds here on Kingsnake.com
They come up for sale sometimes.

Best of luck,

For a while they had hatchling ornates at www.turtle-town.com. But now I think they just have gulf coast boxes. I would check there, they'll probably have more sometime.

You might want to put in an adoption application at turtlehomes.org They occasionally get various hatchlings.
Adults come up for adoption.
